Opportunities for Students

Interlocken Pathfinder School offers summer enrichment opportunities for students of all ages in the arts. Camp opportunities exist in the areas of creative writing, dance, general arts, motion picture arts, music, theater arts, and visual arts.

Michigan Tech offers summer youth programs. Many of the programs are geared toward women in engineering and computer science.

Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, offers summer college programs for talented high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Students have the opportunity to study at Cornell for one, three, four, or six weeks and earn an average of three to six college credits.

ID Tech Camps offers a Michigan Computer Camp for kids and teens age 7 - 17 on the University of Michigan campus. Students study course topics like designing web pages, learning programming and robotics, creating video games, and producing digital movies in U of M computer labs.
